Job Duties:

- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry
- Cut and pack according to present at the self-serve counter
- Display meat and poultry
- Manage Inventory and track records.
- Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters.
- Weigh meat and poultry to price label.
- Check food storage conditions meet health standards

Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience is required.
