Main duties

1. Pick mushroom, sort, weight and pack mushroom at farm
2. Load, unload and transfer boxes for mushroom packing
3. Load substrate onto racks using hand tools and farm equipment
4. Clean growing and packing areas
5. Perform and assist mushroom substrate preparation
6. Follow food safety, security and bio-security procedures
7. Perform other associated duties
