Harvesting labourers/General Farm Worker Job

• Prepare the soil and apply irrigation.
• Plant, fertilize, thin, and harvest crops.
• Gather crops from rows and orchards.
• On-site, sort, weigh, and package fruits and veggies.
• Organize the containers, supplies, and agricultural produce loading, unloading, and transferring for shipping.
• Maintain a clean environment in the growing, producing, and packaging facilities by cleaning racks, trays, and harvest bins.
• Help with routine agricultural maintenance and tool and equipment care.
• Help prepare garden beds for planting.
• Write daily progress reports with harvested inventory details.

Languages: English
Education: Secondary school or less
Experience: No previous experience required. But if have it, it will be an asset
