Job Duties:

• Prepare and irrigate soil using drip tape, overhead, and manual irrigation systems.
• Plant, fertilize, thin, weed, maintain, and harvest fruit and vegetable crops.
• Pick berries and other field or greenhouse crops.
• Sort, weigh, and pack fruits and vegetables at the farm.
• Load, unload, and move crates, bins, farm produce, and supplies.
• Clean harvest bins, equipment, and growing and packing areas.
• Operate tractors, Gators, mowers, and other farm equipment as required.
• Assist with general farm, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure maintenance.

Working Conditions:

• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
