Richco Nature Farm is looking for the suitable individual for Harvesting Labourer positions for its Maple Ridge, BC location.
The details are as follows:

Work Location: 24533 Dewdney Trunk Rd., Maple Ridge, BC V4R 1W9
Language: English
Work Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Wages: $18.25 CAD per hourD
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent

Main duties:
Gather an abundant harvest of mushrooms, vegetables, fruits, and more.
Preparation of soil, planting seeds, weeding, grafting and bud crops; and transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings
Cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing and harvesting field crops.
Sort, weigh and pack mushroom, vegetables and fruits at the farm.
Load, unload and transfer boxes, crates, supplies, farm produce and products for packing and transportation.
Clean up workplace, including cleaning racks, trays, tables, harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing and packing areas.
Follow food safety and security and animal bio-security procedures.
Examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
Assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm equipment and tools,
Perform other duties as per instructions.

Employment requirementsBasic farm knowledge or previous experience as farm worker would be an asset.
