This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a genuine love for plants and a desire to contribute to the growth of Orchia's star ingredient, the Cymbidium orchid.
About the work:
• Prepare and irrigate soil to create optimal growing conditions for Cymbidium orchids.
• Plant, fertilize, and carefully thin orchids to optimize plant health and yield.
• Execute precision harvesting techniques, ensuring the collection of premium-quality orchids for skincare product production.
• Meticulously sort, weigh, and pack harvested orchids according to precise standards, maintaining product integrity.
• Safely load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and orchid produce for transport, adhering to industry best practices.
• Conduct regular cleaning of growing areas to maintain a hygienic farm environment.
• Collaborate on general farm maintenance tasks, including upkeep of equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work collaboratively with the team in preparing garden beds for planting and maintaining a well-organized farm space.
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily progress reports on the inventory harvested, supporting effective farm management.
