Position Info:
• Position: Beauty Shop Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 1625 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C8

Job Duties:
• Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards, along with staff conduct guidelines to maintain industry compliance
• Schedule therapist work shifts, manage daily appointment schedules, and allocate treatment rooms to ensure optimal salon capacity and customer flow
• Manage operational budgets, control inventory levels for professional spa skincare products and supplies, and handle vendor purchasing
• Recruit, onboard, and train aestheticians and spa therapists on operational standards, hygiene guidelines, and client care procedures while supervising daily performance
• Regularly evaluate daily business performance and service standards to identify operational efficiency and service improvements
• Oversee and direct daily spa operations to maintain high service quality, hygiene standards, and smooth workflow across facial, body scrub, and massage departments
• Handle client feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain salon reputation
• Coordinate and manage advertising contracts and marketing strategies to promote spa packages and attract new clients

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty, spa, or personal care industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
