Hardscaper/Landscaper Job

We are currently looking for an individual with a strong interest in the Hardscape/landscape industry. We are looking for an individual who is personable and can conduct there self and crew in a professional and timely manner to complete work.The main requirements of your job will maintenance based, and property enhancements. This includes but not limited to spring and fall clean-ups and mulching, pruning, edging, and plantings. Hard construction is a plus but not a requirement. We are willing to teach and educate to further your abilities to become a better individual in this ever growing industry.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalence
Drivers License
Strong leadership
At least two years working in the landscape industry
At least one year operating or managing a crew or team
This is a manual labor job, you will be required to stand, bend and squat in all different positions throughout the day. And pick up a minimum of 50lbs
You will be required to use tools some are man powered and others mechanical
Skid steer operation and other equipment operation is a plus but not a requirement
Ability to drive a truck and trailer
Willing to work in various weather conditions
Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Upholding a professional image
Providing high quality customer service and communication
Managing one to four crew members
To meet a daily production quota
To be able to follow instructions and schedule times with customers
Recommending additional service options to customers
To drive a truck and trailer, operate skid steers loaders, mowers and other types of equipment, we will be happy to teach you if you do not know how to operate something
Adherence to proper safety precautions for yourself and crew
Proper and accurate paperwork completion
Responsible to help load and unload your equipment each day
Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
