Position Info:

Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the procurement of general and specialized equipment, materials, services, and related resources required for business operations.
• Review organizational purchasing needs and develop detailed specifications for materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Source and evaluate suppliers by requesting quotations, reviewing proposals, and participating in tender processes to secure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, finalize supplier agreements, and make recommendations regarding contract awards in alignment with company policies.
• Manage delivery schedules, track order progress, and maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement or logistics issues.
• Coordinate and oversee purchasing activities related to property access or usage requirements when applicable, including preliminary assessments and documentation.
• Supervise, train, and support purchasing clerks and junior staff to ensure compliance with procurement procedures and efficient workflow management.

Job requirements:
• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
• Education: A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Language: English
