Job Description:
656236 BC Ltd DBA Days Inn is looking for a full-time and permanent handyperson at #2840 sexsmith road Richmond, BC V6X 2H3.(Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $28.85/ hr, 35 hr/ week.
Responsibilities:
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
Respond to requests from guests for minor repairs.
Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
Secondary school education is usually required. Previous maintenance experience may be required.
