Main Duties:
• Adjust and conduct minor upkeep on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and engage professionals for significant repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like painting and repairing drywall.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, making minor purchases when necessary.
• Assist in moving heavy items and may oversee other staff members.
• Coordinate the preparation of housing units for new residents and ensure security and safety measures are upheld.
