Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning, On Call, Night, Weekend
Wage: $36.00 per hour, 30 hours per week;
Benefits: Accommodation MAY be available; May provide periodic wage increases per industry standards and employee performance
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Positions Available: 2 Vacancies
Job Description: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs; Perform minor repairs and other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair and contact contractors and provide assistance, if needed; Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required; Attend to guests' requests for supplies, minor repairs, or other items; Perform and ensure safety and security checks; Conduct daily inspections and maintain records and complete reports; Show accommodations to guests; May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies; May supervise other workers

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
Work Setting: Motel and other properties
Level of expertise: Maintenance and repair
