Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete Japanese meals and specialty dishes on a regular basis for daily service and special functions.
• Direct and manage all culinary operations, ensuring that authentic food preparation and cooking activities align with the restaurant's high standards.
• Design seasonal menus and create original Japanese recipes, while maintaining strict quality control to ensure every dish meets aesthetic and taste benchmarks.
• Instruct and lead the kitchen team in specialized techniques, including precise knife skills, traditional garnishing, and the professional presentation of Japanese cuisine.
• Oversee inventory and financial logistics by estimating ingredient requirements, managing labor costs, and requisitioning supplies, and arranging equipment repairs.
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
