Job Description:
Breeze Beauty International Ltd. (dba Mentor Hair Salon) is seeking a
Hairstylist to join our team in Richmond Lansdowne.
Permanent Full-time, $35 per hour plus tips OR 45% commission based on
individual monthly sales, whichever is higher. 30 hours per week, with shifts
scheduled between 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
Duties:
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair;
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour hair;
• Perform custom hair-styling for wedding, proms, and other special events;
• Analyze hair and scalp and provide advice on care tips;
• Train and mentor junior stylists;
• Oversee assistants’ duties and assign responsibilities.

• Must have completed an apprenticeship or college program in hairstyling plus on the job training OR have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience;
• English language ability is required;
• Chinese language ability is an asset.
