Hairstylist Job

ANP Haircut & beauty Salon Ltd. is looking for a Hairstylist for their salon located at 854 Twelfth St New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, V3M 4K3. It is a full-time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. We welcome part-timers as well.

As a Hairstylist, you will be performing the following job duties:

-Meet with clients to hear about their preferences, hair type, and ideal hairstyle.
-Answer questions and address issues from clients.
-Assist clients with haircuts, trims, and styling based on their tastes and the newest fashions.
-Apply hair extensions to the client's hair to give it more volume or length.
-Examine the condition of the hair and scalp and offer treatment and product alternatives.
-Meet with clients to provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care -products based on their preferences and hair type.
-Regularly monitoring salon sanitation and hygiene regulations in the workplace.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school education is required.
-Completion of hairstylist program or 1 to 2 year experience is required.
-English as a language skills is required.

What we offer:

-$18.00 per hour wage will be paid
-4% vacation pay
-Terms of employment are Full-time/ permanent.
