Hairstylist Job

Money’s Beauty Hair Salon Ltd. is looking for a Hairstylist for their salon located at 7563 6th Street Burnaby, BC V3N 3M4. It is a full-time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. We welcome part-timers as well.

As a Hairstylist, you will be performing the following job duties:

-Greet and Welcome clients to the Salon.
-Respond to customers queries and complaints
-Cut and style hair according to client's specifications.
-Utilizing combs, scissors, clipping and other tools, wash, trim, colour, curl or straighten hair.
-Using hairdryer dry the hair and make final hairstyling.
-Examine the condition of hair and scalp and offer treatment and product alternative.
-Consult clients and recommend different hairstyles and hair care products.
-Regular checking with workplace sanitationj ang hygiene regulations for salon.
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school education is required.
-Completion of hairstylist program or 1 to 2 year experience is required.
-English as a language skills is required.

What we offer:
-$20.00 per hour wage will be paid
-4% vacation pay
-Terms of employment are Full-time/ permanent.
