Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control the budget and inventory.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• May Perform a few hairstyling services or help staff as required to support salon operations in case of staff shortages.
