Job Description
Sonu Hair Cut Ltd located at 9249 Scott Road, Delta is currently in need of 1 Assistant Manager- Salon for their Vernon location
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize and control the day-to-day operations of Sonu Hair Cut Ltd.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Respond to inquires or complaints.
• Manage staff and allocate duties.
• Manage advertising and marketing of Sonu Hair Cut Ltd.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Improve customer service and respond to client’s issues or complaints.
Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school is required. A college diploma/certificate in the relevant field will be an asset.
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of hairdressing industry is required.

Personal Suitability:
• Reliable and organized.
Benefits
As per BC Employment standards act, 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid.
