Luxor Hair Salon in Vancouver, BC, is looking for a competent Hairstyling Salon Manager.

Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Work Hours: 30-32.50 hours/week (Full-time)
Wage: C$37.51 per hour
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 2173 West 41st Ave., Vancouver, BC V6M 1Z6
Language of Work: English

Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hair salon
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints
• Plan and develop budget and forecasts
• Control inventory and order supplies
• Manage advertising and marketing strategies and direct promotional and marketing activities
• Recruit, train and supervise staff (5-10 people)
• Maintain salon-related records including staff and business records

Completion of secondary education is required.
