Education:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
• Experience in a similar field is an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the salon.
• Set up and follow workplace rules, policies, and procedures for staff.
• Manage the budget, track expenses, and control product inventory.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints, and solve issues quickly.
• Arrange and manage advertising and promotional activities for the salon.
• Hire new employees, train them, and supervise their work.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth salon operations.
