Job Description:
Sonu's Hair and Beauty Lounge Ltd., located at Langley, BC V2Y 1A2 is looking for Hairstyling Salon Manager. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The applicant should have either a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma/ Certificate/ Training in related Education. The wage rate for this position will be $35.00 per hour.
The following are some of the Job Duties and responsibilities of the position:
1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of hair and beauty salon.
2. Implement policies and procedures for the staff
3. Hire, train and supervise staff.
4. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
5. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
6. Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
