Hairstyling Salon Manager Job

Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager
Wage: CAD$37.51/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, contrail and evaluate the daily operations of the hair salon
• Oversee facility maintenance
• Prepare and control budgets and inventory
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
• Administer contracts related to advertising and promotional activities
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and staff manuals
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems and improve customer services

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum of three years of experience working in a hairdressing or related services
• A college diploma or vocational certificate in the related subject an asset
