Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff by scheduling and assigning duties
• Train staff in their duties, equipment operation and safety procedures
• Handle customer issues and communicate escalated issues to management
• Monitor and maintain records of orders, supplies, material and equipment
• Ensure proper level of supplies and operation of equipment
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Other duties as required

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and types of clients
• Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
• Well-organized, able to multi-task and self-motivated

Working Conditions:
• Combination of sitting, standing walking
