We are looking for an experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager.

Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of the hair salon and coordinate staff and customer appointments.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise salon employees.
- Hire and train new staff and monitor service quality and employee performance.
- Manage salon inventory, supplies, operating expenses, and basic financial records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Plan promotions and marketing activities to attract and retain clients.

Job Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: One to three years of experience in hairdressing or hairstyling services is required.
