Job Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and shape hair or hairpieces according to customer specifications, ensuring attention to detail and precision.
• Utilize expertise to recommend suitable hairstyles based on individual client preferences and physical attributes, staying updated on current trends and styles.
• Comb, brush, and apply styling products to achieve desired hair texture and set style, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes, and wash, colour, and streak hair as requested by the client.
• Determine hair and scalp conditions, providing personalized recommendations and treatments for maintaining hair health and enhancing overall scalp and hair beauty.
• Apply hair extensions, blending seamlessly with natural hair to achieve desired length and volume while ensuring a natural-looking finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other staff for a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School.
• Relevant education or 2-3 years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Attention to detail and precision in hair cutting and styling.
• Knowledge of hair care products and their appropriate usage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
