Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences.
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and products.
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that meet clients’ needs.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and increase revenue.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable during their visit.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols.
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations.
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
