Hair Salon Supervisor
We’re expanding our team! We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced individual to proudly represent the Hair Clinic Salon Ltd. as a Hair Salon Supervisor.

Position: Hair Salon Supervisor
Hours: 30 hours per week
Hourly wage: $29.00
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of each gross payroll
Working location: Richmond, BC
Main Duties:
• Oversee and assess the work of hairstylists and support personnel to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with hairstylists and other team members to align appointment schedules with the overall staffing plan.
• Address service-related issues and handle customer inquiries and concerns, sharing insights to enhance salon operations.
• Recruit, train, and guide new hairstylists and support staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities, safety guidelines, and salon policies.
• Order necessary products and supplies to support salon services.
• Ensure that salon tools and equipment are well-maintained, and arrange for replacements or repairs when necessary.
• Maintain consistent service quality by regularly evaluating staff performance and upholding high standards across all salon services.

Qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary school education is preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in salon operations and hairstyling practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
• Proven strong work ethic demonstrated in previous workplaces
• Commitment to wellness, sustainability, integrity, kindness, respect, and living life to the fullest
