Job Description:
Hair Affair Spa Ltd Is hiring a permanent, full-time, Hair Salon Manager.
Job duties
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of the hair salon.
Co-ordinate work schedules and monitor performances.
Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
Schedule clients’ appointments. Promote and recommend services.
Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.
Stay up to date with products and promotions, and guide the staff to continually learn.
Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
Make sure customers are fully satisfied with the services.
Hire and train staffs.
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
Make sure the salon maintains clean and sanitary.
Ensuring proper cleaning of salon equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
Maintaining records of all transactions and presenting it to the hair salon owner.
Requirements: Completion of secondary school. Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
Language: English is required.
Wage: $29-37/hr
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay.
