Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of recent, hands-on Guidewire Claim Center development experience.
Extensive Guidewire integration experience, including designing and implementing complex integrations.
Guidewire Certified – Insurance Suite Developer (minimum requirement).
Strong proficiency in Guidewire Claim Center and Guidewire ACE (Application Configuration Environment).
Proven experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
6-8 years of overall relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire ACE (Advanced Configuration Environment) certification is preferred but not required.
Experience working within agile scrum teams and participating in sprint-based delivery.
Familiarity with Claims IS processes and best practices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
