Position Responsibilities: The position of Guest Service Representative requires the ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. As a Front Office Representative, your responsibilities will include:
-This position requires to be cross-trained as company shuttle driver
-Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience
-Handling all guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely and professional manner
-Communicating all guest compliments, comments, oberservations and complaints to relevant departments
-Process guest charges and payments accurately
-Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations
Position Requirements: -Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
-Solid computer skills
-Ability to work flexible schedule, including morning, afternoons, nights, holidays and weekends
-Excellent communication skills
-Must possess a strong team spirit
-Operate company owned vehicle to transport guest to and from airport on occasion
-Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
-Opera experience preferred but not required
-Work all shifts, including night audit
