Job Purpose:
As a Growth Hacker/Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies aimed at rapidly scaling our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You will leverage data-driven insights, experiment with various channels, and optimize our marketing processes to achieve exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and run marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Test and optimize marketing strategies using data and analytics.
Analyze user behavior and campaign results to improve performance.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and growth strategies.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and social media.
Report on key performance metrics and share insights with the team.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1-2+ years) in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.).
Expertise in growth hacking strategies and tactics.
Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Strong knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user acquisition strategies.
Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and take action based on findings.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Copywriting or content creation skills.
