Group Leader of Manufacturing Job

AOX Inc. (DBA Crystal Dental Labs / Ora Milling) seeks Group Leader of Manufacturing for
the following duties:
(Management of Full Arch Dental Prosthesis Manufacturing and Staff Training)
Oversee all aspects of the full arch dental prosthesis manufacturing process, ensuring
compliance with quality standards and industry best practices. Provide leadership in training
and developing staff to maintain a high level of technical proficiency and operational
efficiency.
(Development of Equipment and Materials for Process Optimization)
Lead the innovation and improvement of equipment and materials used in prosthesis
production. Focus on enhancing process efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the
consistent quality of final products.
(Research and Development for Clinical Software Enhancement)
Direct research and development initiatives aimed at advancing software functionality for
use in clinical environments. Ensure software improvements are aligned with the practical
needs of dental professionals and contribute to enhanced clinical outcomes.

* Associate’s degree in Dental Technology, Engineering, Business or related is required.
* 24 months of experience as a dental lab director is required.
