Looking for a caring and reliable Group Home Worker to support residents in a non-profit group home setting. This role helps individuals with daily living, independence, and community involvement while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Support residents with daily routines, meals, hygiene, and housekeeping
Assist with life skills, goal setting, and community activities
Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies as needed
Document daily activities, incidents, and progress
Provide medication support and behavioural support (as trained)
Work collaboratively with staff and communicate with families/providers
Qualifications
High school diploma required; related education is an asset
Experience in caregiving/support work preferred
Able to work rotating shifts (days/evenings/weekends/overnights)
First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check required
Strong communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach.
