Group Home Worker Job

Joyti Care Home Ltd. located at 2135 5th Ave North, Regina, SK, S4R 0R9 is looking for two (2) Group Home Workers. Pay will be $31.60 per hour. Applicant should have minimum one year experience in care home or similar health service facility.This is permanent full time position. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this Position. Some of the duties of the Group Home Worker are:

- Review residents background information during the initial interview and obtain case history and prepare intake reports
- Assess residents’ relevant skills strengths and needs
- Assist clients to sort out options and develop plans of action while providing necessary support and assistance
- Counsel residents and supervise their activities
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs by tracking clients' behavioral changes and responses
- Assess residents’ progress, give support and discuss any difficulties or problems
- Provide assistance with routine activities of living related to the patient’s health, physical, emotional and mental well being
