KA Labour Contractors Ltd. is looking for 3 Greenhouse Supervisors for their Delta location.
Greenhouse Supervisor will perform the following job duties:
• Supervise greenhouse workers and ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Organize and schedule planting several different varieties of tomato and cucumbers
• Hire and train new staff as required
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by all greenhouse employees
• Create work schedules and organize the activities of the workers
• Order supplies and maintain inventory controls
• Must be willing to perform the duties of greenhouse workers if required

Additional requirements:
• High school education or equivalent is required
• Some supervisory experience is required

English communication is required
