Responsibilities
Tasks
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Coordinate and supervise the work of green-house workers and harvesting labourers
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Operate, monitor, and maintain greenhouse equipment and machinery
• Ensuring proper functioning and arranging repairs when needed
• Oversee the setup, calibration, and safe use of tools, greenhouse systems, and climate-control equipment
• Train staff in proper work methods, safety practices, and equipment operation.
