Greenhouse Labourer Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Greenhouse labourer. Come to join us.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist with planting, transplanting and spacing vegetables, crops and seedlings in the greenhouse.
- Transplant seedlings, rooted cuttings and young plants into growing beds, pots or containers.
- Water, fertilize and tend plants to support healthy growth throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor crops regularly and report signs of pests, disease or poor plant condition.
- Prune, train, tie and support plants to improve growth, quality and yield.
- Harvest, sort, grade and collect horticultural crops according to quality and production standards.
- Divide produce into marketable and non-marketable products for packaging, storage or delivery.
- Mix soil, prepare growing beds, clean greenhouse work areas and assist with general farm and greenhouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
-No formal education required
-Will train. Previous experience in the farm industry is an asset.
