Graphic designer Job

We are looking for a suitable person for the Graphic designer position for our Surrey, BC, Office. The person should have some College degree/diploma and 1 to less than 2 years of experience handling Office activities.

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:1 year to less than 2 years

Job duties and responsibilities will include the following;
- Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communication needs;
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials;
- Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication;
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the client's objectives
- Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
- Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
