DCS Technologies is an IT service company that offers business communities technical solutions to meet their needs, such as point-of-sale hardware and software, Digital Signage, Surveillance Cameras, Search Engine Optimization, Website Design, Online Ordering, and much more.
DCS Technologies Inc. at 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0 is looking for a 1 Graphic Designer. It is a full-time, permanent position in Sicamous BC.
The Graphic Designer. will have to:
Ability to develop visuals based on requirements to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
Able to create images, layouts, logos, and photos by hand or using design software.
Have a creative flair and a solid ability to translate requirements into design.
Test graphics across various media
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Estimate the cost of materials and time to complete the graphic design.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Work with the creative team to produce the final design.
Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations to fulfill their requirements.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in visual arts with specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications OR
Completion of a college diploma program in graphic design or equivalent is required with Experience or training in multimedia design at a post-secondary, college, or technical institution may be required.
Additional Skills
Must have good graphic designing experience; Familiarity with design software and technologies; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
We offer a $32.25/hour wage for 40 hours per week.
