Graphic Designer Job

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling materials for proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics including project boards, render overlays, diagrams, signage, and marketing collateral that align with the firm’s visual identity.
- Determine the most effective media formats (print, digital, 3D visualization) to communicate architectural concepts and project details to clients and stakeholders.
- Use traditional sketching tools, multimedia software, and design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp to create layouts, infographics, and visual content that support architectural projects and branding.
- Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, and print vendors to source or produce imagery and materials that meet project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication platforms, including the company’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, estimate production time and costs, and ensure timely delivery of all materials in line with project deadlines.

- A university degree in visual arts with a specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications, or cartooning, or completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is required.
- Experience or formal training in multimedia design from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset.
- Strong creative ability and artistic talent are essential, and must be demonstrated through a professional portfolio showcasing previous design work.
