Responsibility:
Design and develop visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and online ads;
Create engaging social media graphics and support the management of visual brand identity across platforms;
Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to visualize design concepts and project renderings;
Maintain and update the company website’s visual content and layout in alignment with branding;
Develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across all internal and external communications;
Edit and enhance photos of completed projects for use in portfolios, social media, and client presentations;
Produce promotional materials for trade shows, expos, and client meetings;
Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.

1-3 years of proven experience of graphic design, preferably in construction, landscaping, or home improvement industries;
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design skills across print and digital media;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;
Understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and color theory;
Communication skills and ability to take and apply feedback;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, graphic arts or a related field is an asset.
