Job Description:
[1] Design, develop, and produce branded visual materials for the company, including menus, posters, flyers, signage, in-store displays, event materials, advertisements, and promotional graphics. Create original design concepts that effectively communicate the restaurant’s brand identity, menu offerings, and customer experience while supporting the company’s marketing objectives;
[2] Create and manage digital design assets for the company’s website, social media platforms, online delivery services, email marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, and other customer-facing digital channels. Develop visually engaging content that enhances customer engagement, increases brand awareness, and supports customer acquisition and retention efforts;
[3] Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all print, digital, and in-store materials by establishing and applying visual identity standards, including typography, color schemes, layouts, photography styles, and graphic elements. Ensure that all marketing materials accurately reflect the company’s image, quality standards, and branding strategies;
[4] Collaborate with management to conceptualize and execute visual marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, new menu launches, special events, public relations initiatives, and customer engagement programs. Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor marketing strategies to develop effective and innovative design solutions; and
[5] Prepare, review, and deliver production-ready design files for print and digital distribution, including image editing, formatting, resizing, color correction, and quality assurance. Coordinate with vendors and digital platforms as needed and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing materials to recommend design improvements that support the company’s business growth and marketing goals.
Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Arts, Advertising or a related field of study.
