Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Designing and laying out promotional materials, including in-store displays, print publications, and campaign posters for both new and existing locations.
• Collaborating with U.S.-based marketing, operations, and management teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine design concepts that align with campaign objectives and customer expectations.
• Reviewing and revising graphic assets to improve visual impact and update outdated elements.
• Creating computer-generated illustrations for digital channels including social media, email newsletters, and digital signage.
• Coordinating with local print vendors to ensure accurate color output, size specifications, and material selection for physical materials.
• Conducting localized market and competitor research to inform promotional strategies and ensure relevance of visual messaging.
• Researching and testing new design tools and software, staying current with industry standards to enhance design output and workflow.
• Maintaining organized digital archives to ensure quick access to reusable elements, project files, and source materials.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
