Key Responsibilities:

3. Ensure consistency in branding and design across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining high standards of quality.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance our visual presence.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support various marketing initiatives.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus but not required.
