Graphic Designer Job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations that align with MJR Masonry Inc's branding and marketing objectives for digital and print media.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the company's messages and values.
3. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design elements, maintaining a cohesive visual identity in line with company standards.
4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables adhere to the specified design briefs and marketing strategies.
5. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, adapting creative approaches to meet evolving market demands and maintain a fresh and engaging visual presence.

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma /degree in design, fine arts or a related field.
• Proven relevant working experience.
• Proficient in creating visually appealing designs and illustrations.
• Expertise in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

MJR Masonry Inc is a masonry contracting business that provides services throughout Atlantic Canada. It was established in 2008 here in Newfoundland and Labrador and has been a huge contributor in the commercial industrial and residential sectors of the Masonry construction industry.
