Good Taste Foods Co., Ltd is seeking a F/T Production Supervisor - Food and Beve Job

Position Info:

• Position: Production Supervisor - Food and Beverage Processing
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 4-130 Glacier Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 5Z6

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products
• Oversee daily production operations to identify and resolve routine operational or quality issues, ensuring continuous workflow and product standards
• Monitor and control raw material inventory levels and requisition materials and supplies
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
• Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate production and quality control records
• Conduct performance reviews of staff in line with company policies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
