GOLF COACH Job

Provide high-level golf instruction and player development programs designed to improve performance for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Deliver individualized and group coaching sessions focused on swing mechanics, short game development, course management strategy, mental performance, and rules education. Utilize video analysis and performance-tracking software to evaluate technique, identify areas for improvement, and implement customized training plans. Design and lead structured clinics, junior golf academies, player development programs, and competitive training sessions. Prepare players for competition through practice plans, performance assessments, and coaching. Conduct professional club fittings to ensure equipment aligns with players’ performance objectives. Provide feedback, measurable performance benchmarks, and progression plans to support continuous improvement. Cultivate strong relationships with members and students by delivering consistent, high-quality instruction in a supportive and results-driven coaching environment. Mentor aspiring golfers by instilling fundamentals, sportsmanship, discipline, and strategic thinking essential to competitive and recreational success. Required: 4 years in job offered or as Golf Coach at a country club, resort and/or hotel venue. Must have coached golfers of all levels in individual and group settings. PGA membership required.
