• Position: Cleaning Service Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $32.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

• Work Location: Unit 225, 3625 Sawmill Crescent, Vancouver, BC V5S 0J6
Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Develop and coordinate the scheduling and workflow of daily cleaning activities.
• Oversee and manage the overall operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of daily cleaning operations.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff as needed.
• Handle service contracts and implement advertising or promotional strategies to attract clients.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
• Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to guide staff performance and maintain service standards.
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
