About the Role:
Golden Coast Tree Care is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for trees, landscaping, and customer service — we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care or landscape services. An ISA Certified Arborist credential is a strong plus, but not required.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet with potential clients, assess their tree care needs, and provide professional estimates and solutions that reflect our commitment to safety, quality, and environmental care.

Job Requirements:
• Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree care needs.
• Generate and present estimates and service proposals.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability.
• Identify and communicate tree risks, health issues, and maintenance solutions.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure services are scheduled and delivered effectively.
• Represent Golden Coast Tree Care professionally in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to client sites across Olympia, Yelm, Lakewood, Puyallup, Tacoma, and Lacey
• Self-motivated and organized with a passion for outdoor work and customer service
• Valid driver’s license
