Required Skills:
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Golang (preferred) or other modern backend programming languages.
Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-availability applications.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy systems.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure application development.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
